Photovoltaic solar energy is one of the most mature technologies for renewable energy generation, and has enjoyed a sustained growth for many years.

A modular technology, photovoltaics offers decentralized power generation close to the end consumer, thus cutting down losses on the distribution line and delivering greater efficiency for our power grids. Photovoltaic self-production can therefore be an optimal option for some large industrial users.

Third party financing or investment is a straightforward framework that allows you to enhance your property value and enjoy a number of economic benefits with no investment on your part.

In short, you make your property (rooftop, land, parking lots or others) available to Smart Energies to let us install a photovoltaic plant, totally paid for by us. In return, we pay you a rent, a lump-sum compensation, or we cover part or all of your rooftops renovation expenses. In the case of a new construction we cover part or all of the construction costs of the hangar or farming building, or equip your parking lots with solar shadehouses.

Within the framework of third party financing, Smart Energies invests for its own account with no financial contribution on your side: we are then the sole plant owners, and as such bear the risks linked to the plant ourselves. In the case of new constructions, the building(s) or shadehouses which are built by us and made available to you during the land lease period also belong to Smart Energies, and are transferred to you at the end of the lease period.

A solution for all types of players, third party investment can be deployed either for total sale to the grid or for self-production and self-consumption.
