Why Smart Energies ?

Third party financing:

Within the framework of third party financing, Smart Energies invests for its own account with no financial contribution on your side: we are then the sole plant owners, and as such bear the risks linked to the plant ourselves. In the case of new constructions, the building(s) or shadehouses which are built by us and made available to you during the land lease period also belong to Smart Energies, and are transferred to you at the end of the lease period. Co-investment:

For co-investment projects, Smart Energies partners with a co-investor (the site owner whishing to participate in the construction or a third party investor partner) for the project development. Ownership of the constructions and of the flows derived from the plant operations are shared among co-investors in proportion to their investment.

Third party development and asset management:

Smart Energies acts as the client’s agent for >span class="s1"> development, construction and monitoring of renewable energy production assets. Thanks to this solution mainly designed for investors, clients benefit from the expertise of Smart Energies in photovoltaics to ensure quality of the plant itself and of its management.
